Ten pre-built Shopify automation templates are now live: abandoned cart recovery, order confirmation, shipping notification, COD confirmation, back-in-stock alert, review request, win-back campaign, upsell, referral ask, and loyalty reward. Each template is WhatsApp-approved and ready to activate in one click. The dispatcher fires the right template based on Shopify webhooks with no code required.

Message status now updates live in the conversation view โ€” queued โ†’ sent โ†’ delivered โ†’ read โ€” with no page refresh needed. The dashboard subscribes to delivery events from Metaโ€™s webhook and reflects them instantly. Sent timestamps and tick icons update in real time.

Broadcasts โ€” send to your whole audience in one go

A new Broadcasts page lets you select an approved WhatsApp template, pick your audience (all contacts or a filtered segment), fill in personalisation variables with {contact.name} placeholders, preview the message, and send โ€” or schedule it. Per-broadcast stats (sent, delivered, read, failed) appear as soon as the first messages land.

After connecting your WhatsApp number, a six-step wizard helps you pick your primary use case (e-commerce, lead gen, customer support, and more), seeds your AI with the right goals and reply style, and puts you in a live conversation within minutes. First-time activation rate is up significantly since the wizard shipped.

The Templates page now ships with 20 pre-written, Meta-compliant message templates covering the most common business use cases. Browse the library, submit a template for Meta approval, and track approval status โ€” all from one page. The compose tab guides you through variable mapping so templates are personalised on every send.

Connect your WhatsApp Business number in one click

WhatsApp Embedded Signup is now live. Instead of navigating Metaโ€™s developer console, you can connect a WhatsApp Business API number directly from the SendHub dashboard โ€” no external steps, no token copying. The flow handles phone number registration, WABA linking, and webhook configuration automatically.

CSAT surveys โ€” automatic satisfaction scores after every conversation

SendHub now automatically sends a one-question satisfaction survey one hour after a conversation resolves. Customers reply with a number from 1 to 5. Scores are collected, averaged per channel, and visible in the Analytics page. No setup required โ€” it activates as soon as a conversation is marked resolved.

Import contacts from CSV

Upload a CSV with your existing contacts and SendHub maps the columns automatically. Duplicate phone numbers are deduplicated, custom tags can be applied to the whole import in one go, and a summary shows how many contacts were added, updated, or skipped. Imports of up to 10,000 contacts complete in under a minute.

Team chat โ€” collaborate without leaving the inbox

A new Team Chat section in the sidebar lets your agents communicate internally without switching to Slack or email. Channels can be pinned to a specific conversation so context stays in one place. Mentions, replies, and file sharing are all supported.
