What counts as an "AI message"?
An AI message is any response generated by SendHub's AI. Messages sent by your human team members don't count toward your AI message limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you charge per WhatsApp message?
No. We don't add per-message fees on top of your plan. Note that Meta charges for WhatsApp Business API conversations separately — that's between you and Meta.
What happens if I exceed my AI message limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional messages. We never cut off your customers mid-conversation.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes. SendHub connects via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). We'll guide you through the setup if you don't have one yet.
