Analytics
The Analytics page gives you an overview of your WhatsApp conversations and AI performance.
Overview Cards
Four summary cards at the top show:

| Total Conversations | All conversations in the workspace |
| AI Handling | Conversations currently managed by AI |
| Assigned to Rep | Conversations assigned to a human team member |
| Resolved | Conversations marked as completed |
Response Time
A chart showing your average response time over the selected period. This helps you measure how quickly your AI and team are responding to customers.
Usage
Track your AI reply usage against your plan limit:
- AI Replies Used โ how many AI-generated replies have been sent this billing period
- Plan Limit โ your monthly allowance based on your plan (Free: 50, Growth: 1,000, Pro: 10,000)
Analytics data updates in real-time as conversations are created, assigned, and resolved.
